The Integrated Living Community

The world has to rebalance and become better connected – like a node network where the current hierarchy model is obsolete – where we only do WITH people NOT FOR people always with integrity and full transparency offering anyone the ability to copy and learn. We have designed an Integrated Living Community (ILC) ‘node’ for that purpose, and are well underway with scoping building the first 300-350 people ILC in Denmark. Every ILC is fully self-supportive but of course can and should be interconnected:

1) Through universal design principals, we are building to the highest available standard in wood and with local resources using recyclable resources where viable.  Using the Danish national proven non-for-profit Almen Bolig model.

2) Doing with not for the community is based on the established living integration model at Egmont Højskolen and Østagergård where people with and without disability co-create a world of joy and positive energy where everything is possible and the illusion of integration is not an illusion but reality while working in our current human paradigm.

3) Local production with purpose, as main focus being excess organic food production for local community sales / based on local Danish organic farming as well as well proven food production using Aquaponics.

4) Green energy production based on well-known and proven Danish local energy production: Solar / wind / earth heat pumps with storage capacity to cater for peak loads as well a weather condition.

5) electric carpooling (no private ownership) – social economic business model offering pay as you go with a new model with more than 90% availability.

6) Training, conference and holiday centre as part of the integrated community.  You can visit for fun, learning or facilitation of the ILC knowledge centre – available for all.  With a capacity for up to 50 guests and students staying at the ILC for short or long period.

ILC is the complete life focused on purpose and wellbeing! Learn more at www.ilcdk.com
